So why does their listing score a D- when you actually audit it?

The Score: D-, 63/100

PerfectASIN evaluates five modules, weighted by their actual impact on conversion rate:
- Hero Image / Gallery: 30% — Main image, gallery images, videos, A+ Content, alt text
- Title: 25% — Character count, keyword placement, mobile truncation, brand compliance
- Price Intelligence: 20% — Competitive positioning, psychological pricing, left-digit thresholds
- Bullet Points: 20% — Character length, benefit vs. feature ratio, mobile scannability, compliance
- Description / A+ Content: 5% — SEO backup value, keyword density, A+ Content quality
These weights are based on conversion impact data from real Amazon listings — main image and gallery drive roughly a third of purchase decisions, title contributes about a fifth, and so on. They're not arbitrary. They come from years of agency data and the research of practitioners like Robert Prime.

Finding #2: The Typo That's Been Live for Months

Bullet 2 contains the word "Mutlivitamins." That's not "Multivitamins" — it's a typo. In a health supplement listing. At a $33.99 price point.
This isn't a cosmetic issue. For supplements, trust is everything. When a shopper is deciding whether to put something in their body and they see a misspelled word in the product description, it creates a micro-moment of doubt. "If they can't spell their product category correctly, how careful are they with their formulation?"
The same bullet also says "absorptions" (should be "absorption"). Two typos in a single bullet point.

Finding #3: Every Bullet Is 2-3x Too Long
Grüns has 6 bullet points. Every single one exceeds 300 characters. Some are over 500.
Here's why that matters: nearly 60% of Amazon traffic comes from mobile devices. On the Amazon mobile app, bullet points truncate at approximately 100 characters. Everything after that is hidden behind a "Show more" tap that most shoppers never make.
That means for the majority of Grüns' shoppers, the actual bullet point they see is:

Finding #4: Below the 4.0 Trust Threshold

Grüns has 3.9 stars across 1,005 reviews. That's a significant review base, which is good. But 3.9 is below the 4.0 threshold where trust friction starts to measurably impact conversion, and well below the 4.3 mark where conversion rates see a meaningful step-up.
With 1,005 reviews, the rating is entrenched — it's going to take a sustained effort to move it. Each 0.1-star improvement requires roughly 50-100 net-positive reviews.
PerfectASIN flags this as an "At Risk" status and recommends focusing on root cause analysis of recurring negative reviews rather than just chasing volume. At this review count, it's about fixing the problems customers are complaining about, not just asking for more reviews.
Finding #5: Invisible to Amazon's AI
All 9 gallery images have zero alt text. The hero image's alt text is just a copy of the title (not a descriptive image-specific tag).
Why does this matter? Amazon's Rufus AI — the conversational shopping assistant rolling out across the platform — increasingly uses image metadata to match products to natural-language queries. When a shopper asks Rufus "what's a good greens gummy that comes in individual packs," Rufus looks at image alt text, among other signals, to determine relevance.
With zero alt text, Grüns' 9 beautiful gallery images and 8 product videos are completely invisible to this system. They invested heavily in visual content and then made it unsearchable.
